As a Salesforce LwC Agentforce-SA, you will engage directly with clients to deliver tailored Salesforce solutions that enhance their business operations. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to navigate complex client environments, fostering meaningful relationships and driving impactful results. This role is pivotal in understanding client needs and translating them into actionable strategies that align with their business objectives.
As a Senior Associate, you will utilize your problem-solving abilities and critical thinking to manage workstreams and develop deliverables within client service engagements. You will focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions while embracing increased ambiguity. Your role involves guiding and mentoring others, maintaining professional standards, and using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be at the forefront of Salesforce consulting, working collaboratively with clients to optimize their use of Salesforce technologies. Your contributions will be integral to the success of client engagements, helping them achieve their strategic goals through innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Leading Salesforce Service Cloud implementation projects to enhance client support capabilities
- Developing and managing project architecture and budgeting for Salesforce solutions
- Integrating enterprise software and IT infrastructure to streamline business processes
- Utilizing Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Administration skills to optimize client systems
- Conducting requirements elicitation and business process modeling to align with client needs
- Providing technical consultation and support for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Creating and delivering training materials to facilitate user adoption and system utilization
- Embracing emerging technologies and innovative design to drive technology integration
- Collaborating with teams to develop business model strategies and process standardization
- Analyzing complex data to inform insights and recommendations for technology implementation
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Lightning
- Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex business problems
- Developing training materials for Salesforce implementations
- Embracing change and innovation in technology consulting
