As a Salesforce LwC & Apex & Integration Senior Associate, you will engage directly with clients to deliver tailored Salesforce solutions that drive business transformation. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions that meet client needs. This role offers the chance to build meaningful client relationships and deepen your understanding of business contexts, using your knowledge to anticipate client needs and deliver quality outcomes.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on relationship building and managing others, navigating complexity, and fostering personal growth. You will guide and mentor junior team members, helping them to develop their skills while maintaining professional and technical standards. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will use critical thinking to break down complex concepts and interpret data to inform insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

- Developing and implementing Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components (LwC) and Apex to meet client needs
- Integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems to streamline business processes and enhance functionality
- Collaborating with clients to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Leading the design and architecture of Salesforce projects, confirming alignment with business objectives
- Providing technical consultation and support for Salesforce Service Cloud implementations
- Managing project timelines and budgets to deliver solutions within scope
- Creating and maintaining documentation for Salesforce configurations and customizations
- Conducting training sessions to empower clients and team members in utilizing Salesforce effectively
- Identifying opportunities for process standardization and technology innovation within Salesforce environments
- Supporting the adoption of emerging technologies to enhance Salesforce capabilities

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Service Cloud
- Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex business problems
- Embracing change and adapting to emerging technologies
- Developing training materials for Salesforce applications
- Implementing technology integration solutions for enterprise systems
