As a Salesforce LwC & Apex & Integration Senior Associate, you will engage directly with clients to deliver tailored Salesforce solutions that enhance their business processes. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills in Salesforce consulting to address complex client needs, driving impactful results through innovative solutions. This role offers the chance to work closely with clients, building meaningful relationships and understanding their unique challenges.
As a Senior Associate, you will utilize your problem-solving abilities and critical thinking to navigate complex situations and deliver quality work. You will focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, embracing increased ambiguity and using these moments as opportunities to grow. Your role will involve guiding and mentoring others, maintaining professional and technical standards, and using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems.

Responsibilities
- Analyzing complex business requirements to develop Salesforce solutions that align with client needs
- Implementing Salesforce Lightning and Apex to enhance system functionality and user experience
- Integrating enterprise software and systems to streamline business processes and improve efficiency
- Developing and maintaining Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud applications to support client operations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative technology solutions
- Providing technical consultation and support for Salesforce administration and customization
- Managing project architecture and budgeting to deliver projects within scope and timeline
- Creating and delivering training materials to facilitate user adoption and system utilization
- Embracing emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation in client solutions
- Conducting requirements elicitation and business process modeling to inform solution design
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Service Cloud
- Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex business problems
- Implementing technology solutions with a focus on enterprise integration
- Developing training materials for Salesforce applications
- Excelling in communication and teamwork within client support environments
