What is the focus of the role?
As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer, you’ll be responsible for designing, building and optimising customer communications across the lifecycle using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You’ll bring customer journeys to life through personalised, data-driven communications—ensuring every interaction is timely, relevant and aligned to both customer experience and commercial outcomes.

What We Offer
What You’ll Do
You’ll join the Belong Marketing Team, working within the Customer Communications function to deliver high-quality, scalable and compliant CRM experiences.
Collaborating closely with Campaign Managers, Digital, Product and Data teams, you will be responsible for the technical design and execution of lifecycle communications across Email, SMS and other outbound channels.
Your work will ensure our communications are built efficiently, powered by clean data, and continuously optimised to improve customer engagement and business performance.
