As a Salesforce Revenue Cloud Senior Associate, you will engage directly with clients to deliver tailored Salesforce solutions that drive business transformation and enhance operational efficiency. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex business requirements and develop innovative strategies that align with client objectives. This role offers the chance to build meaningful client relationships and navigate the intricacies of Salesforce consulting, providing you with the opportunity to grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills.
As a Senior Associate, you will focus on relationship building and managing others, guiding and mentoring junior team members to uphold professional standards. You will be expected to anticipate client needs and deliver quality solutions, embracing ambiguity and using critical thinking to address complex challenges. Responsibilities
- Managing Salesforce Revenue Cloud projects to enhance client business processes
- Implementing Salesforce Service Cloud solutions to improve customer service operations
- Developing and maintaining Salesforce Lightning applications for optimized user experience
- Conducting business process modeling to align technology solutions with client needs
- Providing technical consultation and support for Salesforce administration and integration
- Collaborating with teams to design innovative solutions using emerging technologies
- Leading the development of training materials to facilitate user adoption of new systems
- Analyzing business requirements to inform project architecture and budgeting decisions
- Supporting enterprise integration efforts to streamline business systems and processes
- Engaging in continuous learning to stay updated on Salesforce and technology advancements
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Lightning
- Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex business problems
- Excelling in business process modeling and business systems
- Implementing technology solutions with a focus on enterprise integration
- Developing training materials to enhance team capabilities
- Understanding of ASC 606 and IFRS 15
- Familiarity with revenue management tools
- Experience integrating data between systems
- Analyzing and interpreting business processes
- Exposure to Salesforce Admin certification
- Supporting Revenue Cloud-related solutions
- Identifying process enhancement opportunities
- Collaborating with senior developers and consultants
