Coordinate with distributed development teams, assigning and reviewing technical work and ensuring appropriate backup coverage for critical incidents.
Conduct root cause analysis and document resolutions, workarounds, and known errors to improve support quality and prevent recurring issues.
Participate in on-call or standby rotations to support critical production incidents when required.

Apply clean core principles and development best practices to maintain system stability, facilitate upgrades, and minimize custom-code dependencies.
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
At least 5 years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience, including a minimum of 2 years working with SAP S/4HANA.
Proven experience in AMS or production support, with the ability to investigate and resolve high-priority incidents under time pressure.
Strong knowledge of ABAP on HANA, including Open SQL, Core Data Services (CDS) views, ABAP Managed Database Procedures (AMDP), and OData services.

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, with familiarity with SAP logistics and finance processes such as Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), and Financial Accounting (FI).
Experience working with interfaces and integration technologies, including IDoc, RFC, BAPI, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Ability to collaborate effectively with functional consultants and distributed technical teams to troubleshoot issues, deliver enhancements, and maintain reliable production systems.
Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills, particularly when handling critical incidents and documenting technical solutions.
Competitive remuneration package, including salary, bonuses, and additional benefits.
Flexible working hours.
Hybrid working model, subject to applicable arrangements for the role.
International and collaborative work culture with a relatively flat organizational structure.
Opportunity to contribute to complex SAP projects across multiple industries.
Innovative working environment that encourages technical development, collaboration, and meaningful project contributions.
