As a SAP - EWM / WM Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our Advisory Acceleration Centre, contributing to PwC's global delivery capabilities. You will be involved in providing cost-effective, quality services that enhance process quality and delivery capability for client engagements. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will leverage your skills to address complex business issues, from strategy to execution, while fostering meaningful client relationships.

As a Senior Associate, you will utilize your problem-solving skills and critical thinking to navigate complex situations and deliver impactful solutions. You will be responsible for mentoring junior team members, analyzing complex problems, and maintaining professional standards. This role emphasizes relationship building, managing others, and personal growth, allowing you to deepen your understanding of the business context and anticipate client needs effectively.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will collaborate with a team of problem solvers, using a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from industry trends. You will uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct, while embracing opportunities to gain exposure to diverse situations and perspectives.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing complex supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Leading the implementation of SAP Supply Chain Management solutions to enhance operational efficiency
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver client-focused solutions in a timely manner
- Utilizing data modeling and analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning
- Managing project resources and budgets to align with client expectations and objectives
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Implementing warehouse management systems to streamline inventory management and reduce lead times
- Applying cost management strategies to improve procurement processes and achieve cost efficiency
- Embracing change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team
- Providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members to support their professional growth

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Supply Chain and Operations solutions, including SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Transportation Management (TM), or related logistics credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Supply Chain Management (SAP SCM)
- Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex business issues
- Embracing change and adapting to new environments
- Developing insights from industry trends and data-driven analysis
