- Perform functional, integration, unit, and regression testing, including preparation and execution of test scripts and support for UAT.
- Provide application management and production support, including incident and problem management, root-cause analysis, enhancement handling, and SLA adherence.
- Prepare functional specifications for extensions and interfaces and collaborate with developers and integration teams on custom logic, APIs, and reports.
- Deliver end-user and technician training, knowledge transfer, and comprehensive functional and configuration documentation.
- Advise stakeholders on SAP best practices, upgrade-safe and clean-core approaches, and new SAP FSAM capabilities across product releases.

- Strong understanding of asset and service master data, including equipment, functional locations, installed bases, service contracts, entitlements, and business partners.
- Familiarity with mobile field-service execution and offline operating scenarios.
- Ability to create clear functional specifications and collaborate effectively with developers, technical teams, and integration specialists.
