Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Master Data Support Analyst to support a continental-scale rollout implementation across multiple business units and regions. The role will focus on ensuring high-quality master data management, supporting ERP/system deployment activities, coordinating data migration, and maintaining data governance standards during the implementation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Support master data activities for continental rollout implementation projects.
- Create, maintain, validate, and cleanse master data records across ERP systems.
- Coordinate data migration, data uploads, and validation activities during rollout phases.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of customer, vendor, material, pricing, and finance master data.
- Perform data quality checks and resolve master data issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with regional business teams to gather and validate data requirements.
- Support cutover planning and hypercare activities during go-live periods.
- Maintain master data governance standards, documentation, and process compliance.
- Analyze master data discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
- Support testing activities including UAT and system validation.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and status updates related to master data activities.
- Train end users on master data processes and standards when required.
- Coordinate with IT and functional consultants for issue resolution and process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in master data management, ERP support, or rollout implementations.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle ERP, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of master data concepts and data governance principles.
- Experience with data migration and validation activities.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting large-scale regional or SAP ERP / S4HANNA rollouts.
- Knowledge of supply chain, procurement, finance, or manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with data management tools and reporting platforms.
- Experience working in Agile or project-based environments.
- SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) experience is a plus.
