As a SAP PP/QM Senior Associate you will support client needs within our Business Application Consulting practice, focusing on SAP Supply Chain and Operations work that helps clients improve operational efficiency and application use. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex issues, build meaningful client connections, guide junior team members, and navigate changing priorities while delivering work that aligns with project goals and business context. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will contribute to SAP PP/QM solutions by supporting implementation activities, interpreting client requirements, and helping deliver training and support that aid seamless adoption of business applications.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client supply chain and operations requirements to configure SAP PP and QM solutions that support manufacturing and quality processes
- Translating business needs into functional design, process flows, and system configurations for planning and quality management workstreams
- Supporting implementation activities across testing, issue resolution, data validation, and deployment readiness for SAP supply chain initiatives
- Reviewing client process gaps and recommending process improvements that align SAP functionality with operational goals
- Collaborating with project teams to prepare deliverables, track workstream progress, and manage assigned tasks across multiple engagement phases
- Interpreting data from planning, inventory, and quality processes to identify trends, risks, and action areas
- Assisting in the creation of training materials and user guidance that support adoption of SAP PP and QM capabilities
- Mentoring junior team members by reviewing work products, sharing technical knowledge, and reinforcing delivery discipline

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 to 7 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Supply Chain and Operations solutions, including SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Transportation Management (TM), or logistics credentials
- Demonstrating SAP PP/QM configuration in client delivery settings
- Applying supply chain process knowledge across planning, manufacturing, and quality
- Interpreting data for process insights and recommendations
- Navigating ambiguity while managing workstreams and junior team support
