As a SAP PS PPM- Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through the complexities of SAP Supply Chain and Operations within our Technology Consulting practice. You will leverage your expertise to deliver tailored solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive business success. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm.

Responsibilities

- Leading SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and cost management
- Guiding teams in the strategic planning and execution of supply chain transformation projects
- Utilizing data-driven insights and analytical thinking to optimize supply chain performance and demand forecasting
- Developing and implementing procurement strategies to improve cost efficiency and resource management
- Overseeing project budgeting and resource allocation to support successful project delivery
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
- Promoting process improvement and operational excellence within supply chain operations
- Supporting the implementation of SAP Core ERP solutions to streamline business processes and enhance service delivery
- Coaching and mentoring team members to foster professional growth and development
- Encouraging innovation and embracing change to drive continuous improvement in supply chain management

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 9 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Supply Chain and Operations solutions, including SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Transportation Management (TM), or related logistics credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Supply Chain Management (SAP SCM)
- Utilizing data-driven insights for strategic decision-making
- Managing complex supply chain transformation projects
