As a Senior Associate in SAP - SF BTP Integrations, you will play a pivotal role in our business application consulting, specializing in SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) applications. You will analyze client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP HCM applications. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will help clients optimize their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions while embracing ambiguity. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will use critical thinking to break down complex concepts, interpret data to inform insights, and uphold professional and technical standards. Responsibilities

- Analyzing client requirements to implement SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions effectively
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP HCM applications
- Collaborating with clients to optimize human resources processes and enhance talent management
- Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and inform insights and recommendations
- Managing and inspiring team members to deliver quality work and build meaningful client connections
- Navigating complex situations to grow personal brand and deepen technical skills
- Developing a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing
- Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Human Capital solutions, including SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals), SAP HCM, or related HR platform credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions
- Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex business challenges
