About the Role
As a Revenue Growth Manager, you will play a key role in shaping commercial strategy through data-driven insights. Working across areas such as Commercial Finance, Sales Strategy, and RGM, you’ll collaborate with CPG sales teams to analyse performance, identify growth levers, and translate strategic objectives into actionable decisions. This is a hands-on role requiring both analytical depth and commercial acumen.
Experience Required
7+ years in RGM, Commercial Finance, or Sales Strategy roles
Strong experience working with CPG/FMCG sales teams
Track record of turning strategy into business-ready insights
Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders across commercial functions
Comfortable working with both structured and unstructured data
Relevant data science capability
Qualifications
Relevant bachelor's degree in business/finance
Required Skills
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Skilled in translating complex findings into compelling business narratives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident stakeholder manager with a commercial mindset
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI and other data analysis tools
Travel Requirements
