As a Guidewire developer at PwC, you will specialise in developing and customising applications using the Guidewire platform. Guidewire is a software suite that provides insurance companies with tools for policy administration, claims management, and billing. You will be responsible for designing, coding, and testing software solutions that meet the specific needs of insurance organisations.

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Business Application Consulting team, you play a critical role in enabling Agile delivery by improving team effectiveness, enhancing operational productivity, and supporting superior customer outcomes through disciplined Scrum practices and continuous improvement. As a Scrum Master, you lead and coach cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and self-organization while partnering closely with Product Owners and stakeholders. You are accountable for the successful execution of Agile ceremonies, removal of impediments, and adherence to delivery and quality standards. Leveraging your business and delivery expertise, you help teams translate priorities into actionable outcomes, support release readiness, and enable transparency across engagements. You champion PwC’s quality standards, values, and ways of working, while contributing to broader firm initiatives and client success through effective Agile leadership.
