Security Manager

BRISTOW CARIBBEAN LIMITED, a leader in aviation services for the energy industry, is seeking suitable qualified applicants for the position of Security Manager.

To develop, implement, and manage Bristow's aviation security program by ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, mitigating security risks, safeguarding company personnel and assets, and promoting a secure operating environment through effective security planning, oversight, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Duties

• Maintain an up-to-date assessment of all security risks.
• Identify industry developments in the aviation security field for consideration and company application where approved.
• Develop and maintain company security plans and manuals in accordance with regulations and policies.
• Liaise and work with the Group, and external bodies including law enforcement, regulator, clients and industry agencies.
• Manage related contractors and staffing.
• Conduct and manage all Security related training.
• Ensure all aerodrome passes for employees, vehicles and contractors are within compliance.
• Analyze helicopter flight safety, lead or support in aviation related investigation and SMS development.
• Other duties as required by the Accountable Manager.

Minimum Qualifications/Key Competencies

• Extensive operational experience achieved in the capacity of Security Officer.
• Minimum of Five (5) years’ experience in Aviation Security Management.
• Successful completion of a recognized Aviation Security Management Training course acceptable to the regulator.
• Certification and/or operational knowledge of the AW139 helicopter will be an asset.
• Citizen of the Republic of Trinidad & Tobago
