• Build and maintain relationships with business and technology decision-makers to support long-term customer partnerships.
• Develop value-driven solution strategies that align with customer experience transformation goals and measurable business outcomes.
• Drive revenue growth by securing new business and identifying targeted expansion opportunities within selected commercial accounts.

• Monitor regional market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs to continuously refine territory planning and sales positioning.
• Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and account planning using CRM tools to support predictable business performance.

Required Qualifications

• Strong ability to open new accounts, generate pipeline, and develop opportunities from early-stage prospecting through close.
• Experience managing consultative sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, decision-makers, and business priorities.
• Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to engage confidently with business and technology audiences.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with a consultative and value-based selling approach.
• Ability to balance new business acquisition with strategic account development.
