Your Role

As an Experienced Customer Partner, you will serve as the single accountable executive leader driving customer value, profitable growth, and long-term account health. Beyond traditional sales or account management, you will orchestrate strategic relationship leadership, consultative selling, commercial ownership, and delivery oversight to align executive priorities, innovation, and partner capabilities into one actionable vision.

You will mobilize multidisciplinary teams across Kyndryl—including Consulting, Delivery, Architecture, Core Practices, AI, hyperscalers, and alliance partners—to turn customer roadmaps into funded initiatives and measurable business outcomes. In this role, you will be the trusted advisor helping enterprise leaders navigate their most critical digital transformation choices.

What You Will Do

• Own the strategic customer relationship, serving as the single point of executive accountability for customer value, satisfaction, advocacy, and referenceability.
• Build and deepen trusted advisor relationships with CIO, CTO, CISO, and line-of-business executives to translate enterprise agendas into living account strategies.
• Drive end-to-end commercial performance and growth, managing account P&L, revenue, signings, margin profitability, renewals, and disciplined pipeline forecasting.
• Create demand and qualify high-impact opportunities, leading priority pursuits from initial shaping through complex negotiation and closure.
• Orchestrate capabilities across Consulting, Delivery, Architecture, Practices, AI, and Kyndryl Bridge to deliver integrated, high-value customer outcomes.
• Engage hyperscalers, strategic alliances, and technology partners to co-create differentiated propositions and accelerate customer transformation roadmaps.
• Ensure material delivery, contractual, and operational issues are proactively owned, escalated, and resolved across internal Kyndryl and partner teams.
• Foster an inclusive, high-performing account team culture, mentoring emerging Customer Partners and modeling integrity, transparency, and operational excellence.

There are many different types and flavors of roles at Kyndryl, so everyone can find the opportunity that suits them best.

Who You Are

You’re good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. However, equally as important – you have a growth mindset; keen to drive your own personal and professional development. You are customer-focused – someone who prioritizes customer success in their work. And finally, you’re open and borderless – naturally inclusive in how you work with others.

Required Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated success establishing trusted C-suite relationships (CIO, CTO, CISO, business leaders) across complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts.
• Expertise in consultative solution selling, complex contract negotiations, and leading high-value pursuit cycles from concept to signing.
• Strong fluency across modern enterprise technology landscapes, including cloud, infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity, data, AI, and managed services.
• Exceptional leadership ability to orchestrate cross-functional, geographically distributed delivery and advisory teams without direct line authority.
• Professional business fluency in English and French.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Established executive network and credibility across major French and multinational enterprise accounts.
