As the Senior Accountant, you will be a key contributor within the property accounting department at Bridge Logistics Properties (BLP). You will own the financial reporting for your assigned properties and partner closely with asset management, market teams, and the Yardi support team. You’ll also help train and develop newer accountants. This is a hands-on role with real visibility into acquisitions, dispositions, and loan originations. You will report to the VP of Financial Reporting.
Join a growing logistics real estate platform where accounting is a true partner to the investment and asset management teams. BLP is a vertically integrated logistics real estate company and investment manager, and a subsidiary of Bridge Investment Group. It focuses on acquiring, repositioning, and developing high-value industrial properties in supply-constrained U.S. logistics markets. As Senior Accountant, you will take ownership of your portfolio and work directly with deal teams on new acquisitions and financings. You will also shape the processes that help the team scale, and mentor the next generation of accountants.
