Design, build and validate predictive statistical models (e.g., attrition, headcount, talent forecasting) to drive strategy.
Translate complex quantitative outputs into clear, compelling narratives tailored for non-technical stakeholders.
Partner with the People team to identify process optimization opportunities through data-driven recommendations.
Maintain high data integrity via regular audits while ensuring ethical, transparent handling of sensitive information in compliance with GDPR and local regulations.
Support regional compliance by extracting, cleaning and validating workforce datasets under tight deadlines.
Proactively evolve our analytics capabilities by identifying improved methods, tools and emerging AI solutions to strengthen the people analytics function.
You Have
Required:
Demonstrable experience in People Analytics or HR Data Science in a consultative/technical capacity.
Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Excel, or similar data visualization and manipulation tools.
Strong expertise in advanced analytics and statistical modeling.
Working knowledge of HRIS platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors or Oracle, as well as a solid understanding of core HR processes and People data.
Ability to translate technical data into clear, actionable advice.
Preferred:
Experience with ETL tools (e.g., Alteryx) and automating analytics pipelines.
Interest in leveraging AI to optimize and automate HR analytics.
