Senior Assoc, Technical Governance & Risk Management Specialist, Enterprise Architecture, Group Technology

Key Responsibilities 

This is a specialized technical governance and risk management Specialist role. It requires expert human judgment and risk oversight that cannot be fully replicated by automated tools or AI. Key responsibilities include:

• Architectural Risk & Compliance: Enforcing technical governance standards across the enterprise landscape
• EA Tool Guardrails: Administering the EA Tool to build compliance workflows and enforce architectural guardrails
• Data Integrity & Traceability: Safeguarding data hygiene to identify, manage, and mitigate architectural risk exceptions
• Human-in-the-Loop AI Oversight: Validating AI-driven outputs to prevent hallucinations and ensure strict regulatory alignment
• Resilience & Technical Analysis: Conducting deep-dive technical analysis on journey changes to validate strict resilience and compliance requirements

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, IT Governance, Risk Management, or a highly technical compliance role.

• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of systems architecture, modern technology stacks, and SDLC processes.

• Analytical Rigor: Exceptional ability to analyze complex technical problems and exercise high-level judgment where clear-cut answers do not exist.

• Regulatory Awareness: Familiarity with the regulatory environment relevant to the financial services industry, specifically regarding technology risk and digital infrastructure.

• Tooling Proficiency: Experience with Enterprise Architecture management tools

• Communication: Ability to articulate complex risk/governance concepts to both technical architects and non-technical stakeholders.
