OUR VISION
When people use our technology to "bridge the gap" between the physical and digital worlds, they don’t just capture reality - they create a new one. In this new reality, they are smarter, more productive, more streamlined, and more creative - because they have the digital foundation to build the world they want to live in.
That’s what NavVis offers in all our products and services: the tools to not just map the world as it is, but to pave the way to a better future. To forge something new. Physical or digital, there is only one reality. And it’s the reality NavVis empowers people to build better.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a Senior Brand Designer to shape how our brand shows up across every touchpoint.
You will join our Brand & Creative team and play a key role in evolving the NavVis visual identity, translating our brand strategy into distinctive, consistent, and high-quality creative work.
This is a hands-on senior design role. You will move between concept and execution, developing strong creative ideas while also making sure the details are right. From major campaigns and product launches to events, digital experiences, presentations and everyday brand assets, you will help make NavVis instantly recognizable.
As NavVis continues to grow globally, you will also help us build a brand system that scales. That means creating clear design principles, templates, and tools that empower teams across the company without compromising quality.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Own and evolve the NavVis visual identity across digital and physical touchpoints.
- Translate brand strategy and messaging into compelling visual concepts and creative systems.
- Lead the design direction for integrated campaigns, product launches, and major brand initiatives.
- Create high-quality assets across the web, social, events, presentations, advertising, and other channels.
- Develop scalable templates, guidelines and design systems that enable teams to work consistently with the brand.
- Partner closely with Content, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Events and other teams.
- Provide creative direction and constructive design feedback to internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Manage external designers, freelancers, and agencies when needed.
- Balance creativity with consistency, ensuring that everything we produce feels unmistakably NavVis.
- Continuously raise the quality of our creative work and help evolve how the NavVis brand expresses itself as the company grows
WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE
- 5-8 years of professional experience in brand, graphic or communication design, ideally in an international or technology-driven environment.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent visual thinking, concept development and execution across multiple channels.
- Strong command of industry-standard design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Experience creating scalable design systems, templates, and guidelines.
- Experience developing and evolving brand identities rather than simply applying existing guidelines.
- Deep understanding of typography, composition, color, imagery, and visual systems.
- Strong digital design skills and experience designing for web and social channels.
- Confidence working across both high-profile creative concepts and detailed day-to-day production.
- The ability to explain and defend creative decisions clearly to different stakeholders.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and a high bar for craft.
