The Senior Brand Manager is responsible for setting the narrative, briefing and directing our internal creative team, agency partners, and external production crews, and running the production & content calendar so the right assets land on time and on message.
Beyond brand, this person helps drive the product narrative: translating what Highland delivers into clear positioning and messaging, and equipping our sales teams with the collateral they need to win. The ideal candidate pairs creative instinct with commercial focus, and knows how to turn a complex offering into a story that resonates with school districts, municipalities, fleet operators, and community stakeholders.
