Join us as a Senior Compensation & Benefits Partner to make Qonto's compensation decisions fair, competitive, and built to scale. You'll be the trusted voice on sensitive comp calls and the architect of the frameworks that support Qonto's long-term growth, working closely with Jean-Raphaël Demol, Comp & Ben Director, your future manager.
You'll report to Jean-Raphaël Demol, who has spent over 20 years building his Compensation & Benefits expertise, with roles at Roche Pharmaceuticals, Amazon and Criteo, where he spent 6 years as Director of Compensation and Benefits — overseeing benefits across 19 countries, equity strategy and international mobility. He then led Total Rewards at Onfido and Dataiku, before joining Pigment in September 2024 as Total Rewards & People Operations, before joining Qonto early 2026.
