Messy spend management is tricky business. And tedious processes are a lose-lose situation for all involved, not just finance. At Pleo, we're changing that. We build spend solutions that make managing money seamless, empowering, and surprisingly effective for finance teams and employees alike - with a vision to help all businesses ‘go beyond’.
The word ‘Pleo’ actually means ‘more than you’d expect’, and living by that mantra has been the secret to our success over the last 10 years.
Now, we’re at a pivotal moment in our journey; every move we make has a direct impact on our 40,000+ customers, our business, and our collective success. We need people who take pride in uncovering customer needs, who turn complex problems into simple solutions, challenge the way things are done (respectfully), and always aim high. With great ambitions driving us forward, we can’t say we’ve got this whole thing figured out. And frankly, that’s half the fun! What we can say is that we’re a driven, progressive, and, importantly, a kind bunch of 850+ people from over 100 nationalities, all committed to delivering the future of business spending, together.
We're looking for a Senior Integrated Campaign Manager, Brand & GTM to join our Integrated Marketing team at Pleo. In this role, you'll help architect, roll out, project manage, and drive the Go-To-Market (GTM) execution for our major 2027 brand marketing strategy and campaigns and be part of turning brand strategy, positioning, and creative concepts into operational GTM blueprints as we scale our multi-segment (SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise) reach across 6 key European markets. If you're excited about high-visibility, full-funnel orchestration and balancing long-term brand equity building with full-funnel conversion, and are passionate about integrated brand and GTM marketing in high-growth B2B SaaS, then this is the opportunity for you!
Please bear in mind this role is a temporary contract of 1 year.
You’ll report to our Director of Integrated Marketing and work closely with teams in Brand Marketing, Digital, Field/Events, Content, PR, Product Marketing (PMM), Marketing Ops, Data, and Sales/Growth channels. Our team is highly collaborative and dedicated to bridging top-of-funnel brand awareness with lower-funnel acquisition, ensuring every campaign moment translates into market salience, customer engagement, and measurable business impact. You’ll also have the chance to partner with teams across country teams, local market stakeholders, Sales Leadership, SDRs, and Field squads to ensure success.
As a Senior Campaign Manager, you will:
Integrated GTM Architecture & Strategic Planning: Translate the overarching 2027 brand strategy into actionable, full-funnel GTM campaign blueprints across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments, architecting campaign flighting and distribution models across 6 European markets.
The "Master Brief" & Cross-Functional Squad Leadership: Own and author comprehensive Integrated Campaign Master Briefs, leading the operational rhythm of cross-functional squads to execute multi-channel strategies (OOH, Paid Social, VIP activations, Digital, ABM) on time and within scope.
Localization & Regional Adaptation: Partner with country teams and local market stakeholders to ensure master campaign frameworks balance global consistency with local relevance and execution precision.
Strategic Brand Partnership & Enablement: Serve as the strategic execution peer to the Brand Marketing Lead, while partnering with Sales Leadership, SDRs, and Field teams to equip customer-facing squads with the stories, tools, and campaign momentum needed to capitalize on campaign-generated intent.
Campaign Operations, Budget & ROI Accountability: Maintain and protect the integrated campaign master calendar, manage and allocate the multi-country integrated campaign budget, and partner with Marketing Ops, Data, and Brand Intelligence to track brand lift, consideration, pipeline growth, and closed-won impact.
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
A proven track record leading multi-million dollar, multi-country, full-funnel integrated campaigns in high-growth B2B SaaS or tech environments.
Deep experience taking high-level brand frameworks and translating them into multi-channel GTM blueprints across varied audience segments (SMB to Enterprise).
High proficiency in aligning cross-functional teams (Creative, Digital, PR, Ops, Sales) and holding squads accountable to tight deadlines and complex campaign launches.
Deep understanding of how to run campaigns across diverse European markets, with a clear perspective on modular campaign design and local adaptation.
Experience with tracking brand-to-pipeline performance metrics, campaign flighting dynamics, brand lift, consideration, and total ROI.
A background in integrated marketing, GTM campaign management, or brand marketing orchestration within B2B technology or SaaS.
This role is a good fit for you if:
You thrive as the operational bridge between high-level brand strategy and lower-funnel demand generation, turning concepts into structured GTM blueprints.
You love leading cross-functional squads across multiple international markets, balancing consistency with local nuances across 6 key European countries.
You take pride in end-to-end accountability, from authoring master briefs and handling multi-country budgets to tracking downstream pipeline velocity and closed-won revenue impact.
This role is not a good fit for you if:
You prefer focusing purely on high-level creative ideation, copy, or audience insight development without building the operational execution machinery.
You prefer running single-channel or single-market marketing initiatives rather than orchestrating complex, multi-segment (SMB to Enterprise), multi-channel matrices.
You are uncomfortable navigating data, campaign flighting performance, budget allocations, and downstream pipeline attribution alongside brand metrics.
In your first 6 months at Pleo, you’ll:
Lead the architecture and rollout of the 2027 integrated brand campaign calendar across all target European markets.
Collaborate with the Brand Marketing Lead, country teams, and Marketing Ops to stand up the Master Briefing framework and streamline cross-functional execution rhythms.
Grow your skills in full-funnel orchestration and multi-market scale, driving measurable brand lift, consideration, and downstream pipeline velocity as Pleo continues to expand.

Transparency is important to us so we also wanted to share some insights about what we’re looking for in applications to ensure you can set yourself up for success!
Last time we hired for this role, we received a total vast number of applications but only a few were selected for an intro call. Some of the key reasons why previous candidates didn’t make it past the application screening stage include:
CV writing and content: we receive a lot of CVs, and many of them are AI-generated. We love seeing people leverage AI—it’s a big focus for us internally too—but without human intervention, these CVs can sometimes become generic and fail to show a candidate in the best light. What we're really looking for is the specific details of real impact that only you know from your previous experience. A top tip from us is to use the “Achieved X, as measured by Y, by doing Z” formula (credit: Laszlo Bock, ~2014) to give a really clear picture of what you’ve worked on. A final note: including links to your previous companies' websites is a huge help and allows us to truly understand your background!
Application care: every single application we receive is reviewed by a human (yes, hundreds of them) because we believe that candidates' efforts should be matched by an equal level of human care. This means that we expect a similar level of attention put into your application. Read and answer the application questions carefully, they make a huge difference in our decision-making process.
Profile to role fit: highlight most important aspects of the role, points that might get misunderstood, any specific industry requirements etc.
English first. Since it's our company language, please submit your application in English. You’ll be using it a lot if you join us.
A fair look for everyone. Our talent team reads every single application to ensure the process is fair. To keep things running smoothly, we only accept applications through our system—our support team can’t pass on calls or emails.
Diversity drives us. We can only reach our goals if our team reflects the world around us. That starts with you hitting apply, even if you don't tick every single box. We encourage people from all backgrounds and experiences to join us.
Interview at your best. We want you to feel comfortable throughout the process. If you have any accessibility requirements or need a specific format, email belonging@pleo.io. We’ll design a process that works for you.
Your data is safe. When you apply, we process your personal data as a data processor. For more information on how Pleo processes personal data, read our Privacy Policy here.
Applying for multiple roles? Nothing is stopping you, and we assess every role independently. However, we do look for alignment, so make sure you can explain why your interest and experience are right for each specific role.
Reapplying. If you’re applying for the same role again, please wait six months from your last decision before hitting submit.
