- Build expertise across the Tesco Media & Insights advertising ecosystem, encouraging channel adoption and confidently challenging client strategy to maximise meaningful business outcomes.
What We're Looking For
You’ll bring a strong grounding in advertising alongside an enthusiasm for retail media, client partnership and using insight to solve commercial challenges.
- 2+ years’ experience in the advertising industry, gained in media sales, retail media and/or a media agency environment.
- A passion for Retail Media and Tesco Media & Insights products and services, with extensive knowledge of brand, performance and digital marketing ecosystems and performance metrics.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience working with complex datasets and turning insights into clear, relevant recommendations.
- Confident communication and presentation skills, with a consultative approach that enables you to understand client needs and position solutions in a timely and personalised way.
- A results-driven, adaptable and collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively across internal teams and succeed in a fast-moving environment.
