Senior Consultant - ServiceNow

We currently have an exciting opportunity with TTEC Digital for a Senior Consultant – ServiceNow role based in Hyderabad (Hybrid). The role involves working closely with our technical and client-facing teams to design, develop, integrate, and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.

We are specifically looking for professionals with experience in:

ServiceNow Core Skills

• ServiceNow platform development and implementation
• ServiceNow architecture and data model
• JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• ServiceNow configuration, customization, and scripting
• REST and SOAP API integrations
• ServiceNow workflows and automation
• ITIL processes and best practices

Customer Experience & Contact Center

• ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM)
• CCaaS / Contact Center technologies
• CTI and IVR integrations
• Telephony and third-party system integrations
• Customer experience-focused ServiceNow solutions

Additional Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, ITOM, HRSD, IntegrationHub, Service Portal/Employee Center
• Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Cloud platforms and technologies
• Technical troubleshooting and production support
• Experience working with onshore/offshore teams
• Technical mentoring and guidance to junior team members 

Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Required
• Additional ServiceNow certifications are a plus
