CLM & Template Management: Maintain and update contract templates, clause libraries, and negotiation playbooks. Drive clean data entry and workflow efficiency within the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system to reduce turnaround times.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as an operational legal liaison for the Sales and Procurement teams. Coordinate with Security, Privacy, Finance, and Customer Success to collect approvals and ensure agreed terms align with operational capabilities.
Contract Administration & Reporting: Maintain complete and accurate contract records. Track key contract metrics—such as turnaround times and request volumes—and assist with audit readiness and reporting.
Process Guidance & Training: Educate Sales and Procurement teams on legal intake procedures, contracting policies, and proper template usage.
Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Legal Studies, Business or a related field, or Paralegal Certification required.
6–10+ years of commercial contracting or paralegal experience.
