Research clients, industries, competitors, products, services, and target audiences to produce relevant, accurate, and effective content.
Collaborate with account management, creative, design, SEO, paid media, and social media teams to deliver cohesive, integrated marketing campaigns.
Present copy concepts and creative recommendations to clients, clearly explaining the strategic rationale behind messaging decisions.
Edit, proofread, and refine content to ensure grammatical accuracy, clarity, consistency, appropriate tone, and alignment with brand guidelines.
Incorporate client and internal feedback while maintaining high standards of quality and meeting project requirements.
Manage multiple client projects, deadlines, briefs, revisions, and approval processes using ClickUp or a similar project management platform.
Oversee assignments from initial briefing through final approval, proactively communicating progress, questions, and potential challenges.
Stay informed about digital marketing, SEO, advertising, social media, AI-assisted writing tools, and emerging creative trends to continually improve content quality and effectiveness.
