El/la Representante de Atención al Cliente será responsable de gestionar consultas y pedidos de clientes, ofrecer soporte durante todo el proceso de compra y entrega, y garantizar un alto nivel de satisfacción. El puesto requiere una estrecha colaboración con los distintos departamentos internos para resolver incidencias de manera eficaz, mantener relaciones positivas con los clientes y contribuir a los objetivos del negocio.
