About the job
This position will be responsible for unlocking exceptional growth for Twilio’s customers and business.
We are seeking a high-achieving individual to join Twilio’s Strategy & Operations team within the Industry Relations & Strategic Growth organization. In this high-visibility role, you will use data analysis, scripting, and agentic workflows to improve product quality, fight fraud, reduce billing errors, and optimize gross margins for our global telecommunications network. You will build root-cause-analysis tools and automations that query complex datasets, uncover trends, drive human decisions, and allow business partners to self-serve data insights. To achieve this, you will collaborate closely with Carrier Relations to define business requirements, engage with Enterprise Technology and Engineering to build data pipelines and governance, and partner with Product, Supply Operations, and Finance to deliver scalable data products. You will handle manual data analytics workflows of today while re-imagining and rapidly prototyping agentic workflows for tomorrow.
You will be part of a company that is the category leader in Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS), an organization working with the largest customers and partners, and a team of operators and former consultants that have delivered exceptional impact in product-led growth, international expansion, compliance, and go-to-market. If you have an extreme owner / founder mindset and a desire to solve big challenges, you’ll find yourself at home.
