- Developing services that support KYC, KYB, risk assessment and application approval processes.
- Integrating automated workflows with manual operational review processes.
- Working with adjacent teams across activation, invoicing and payment processing to create a connected customer journey.
- Contributing to the team’s migration to Microsoft Azure.
- Using AI-assisted development practices and helping evolve how AI is embedded across the broader product development lifecycle.
- Improving engineering quality through automated testing, TDD and CI/CD practices.
- Supporting other engineers through technical guidance, pairing and constructive code reviews.
What we’re looking for
- Strong commercial software development experience, ideally at Senior Developer level.
- Full-stack development capability, with experience across modern frontend and backend technologies.
- Experience with Kotlin or Java on the backend.
- Experience working with React on the frontend.
- Exposure to Node.js would be valuable.
- Experience designing and operating cloud-based applications, ideally using Microsoft Azure.
- Strong understanding of automated testing, TDD and CI/CD practices.
- Confidence working across integrations, distributed systems and complex business workflows.
- An interest in AI-assisted engineering and modern development practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across engineering, product and operational teams.
