• A strong track record of owning product strategy, roadmaps and delivery, with a focus on measurable outcomes and continuous value creation.
• A customer-first mindset, with the ability to turn insights, research and analytics into product improvements and growth opportunities.
• Confidence influencing cross-functional teams and engaging senior stakeholders in a large, complex organisation.
• Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking and the ability to balance customer needs with business priorities.
• Experience with product discovery, experimentation, hypothesis testing, product analytics and backlog prioritisation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bring people along on the product journey.
• A practical, delivery-focused approach, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make things happen.

Why join HCF?

You’ll be part of an exciting digital transformation, helping shape the products and experiences that support our members when it matters most. It’s an opportunity to influence strategy, collaborate with talented teams and see the impact of your work in a purpose-led organisation.
