About the role
Digital & Technology sits at the heart of Haleon’s ambition to Win as One. We are Haleon’s digital backbone – how we accelerate impact, unlock new value, and build a future‑ready organisation. Digital isn’t simply part of our business; it is how we operate, grow, and deliver everyday health at scale. The Digital & Technology function plays a critical role as a strategic partner to the business, turning insights into impact and ideas into innovation. From secure, resilient operations and modern digital foundations, to hyper‑personalised customer and consumer experiences, digital is embedded across every part of Haleon – shaping how we innovate, supply consumer demand, go to market, and run our internal operations.
Our focus is clear: to secure the business, run resilient and compliant operations, and transform Haleon into a digital organisation that is wired for excellence. This is enabled by sustained investment in a scalable, resilient technology foundation and the adoption of digital solutions that empower our people, elevate performance, and enable the organic revenue growth and productivity savings underpinning Win as One. Digital only delivers when people are at the centre. Building skills, confidence, and modern ways of working is essential to realising value from technology. Together, we are reshaping the backbone of Haleon to become a best‑in‑class consumer health company – bold, resilient, performance‑focused, and fit for the future.
