The Senior Director of Client Services is responsible for advancing Businessolver's Client Services strategy, driving organizational performance, and delivering exceptional client outcomes. This role partners with executive leadership to strengthen client satisfaction, improve operational effectiveness, support organizational effectiveness, and enable long-term business growth.
The Senior Director provides executive oversight for strategic client relationships, enterprise-level initiatives, business transformation efforts, and organizational priorities while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

What You Need to Make the Cut
Success in this role is measured by improved client retention, stronger client satisfaction outcomes, effective resolution of enterprise-level risks, scalable service delivery performance, leadership effectiveness, and measurable progress against Client Services strategic priorities.
The pay range for this position is 110K to 172K per year (pay to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data).
This role is eligible to participate in the Quarterly bonus incentive plan.
