Who you are

• Executive-ready and credible. You bring the confidence, maturity, and experience to engage senior executives. You articulate a clear point of view, make thoughtful recommendations, and defend your perspective while staying open to challenge. You take direct feedback with humility and turn it into meaningful action and stronger outcomes.
• Confident in your influence. You hold your own in a room of strong opinions and experienced leaders. You challenge thinking constructively, navigate difficult conversations, and influence decisions through preparation, sound judgment, and a well-informed perspective. You don’t need to be the loudest voice in the room, but you know how to make your voice count.
• A leader who develops others and yourself. You lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams. You set clear expectations, give actionable feedback, and build a culture of accountability and growth. You’re equally committed to your own development: you seek feedback, challenge yourself, and keep raising the bar on your leadership and impact.
• An exceptional cross-functional partner. Product Marketing sits at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Go-to-Market, making this one of the most cross-functional roles at Pindrop. You understand each function’s priorities, translate between technical, commercial, and marketing perspectives, and bring teams together to drive alignment and results.
• A strategic thinker with hands-on execution. You see the big picture, anticipate what’s next, and build strategies that move the business forward, then you own them through completion. You’re as comfortable presenting to the executive team as you are getting into the details, and you know when to operate at 30,000 feet and when to roll up your sleeves. The rapidly evolving AI and security landscape motivates you.

What's in it for you

AI-driven fraud and deepfakes have made trust in every interaction a board-level priority. As Pindrop’s senior product marketing leader, you’ll shape how the market understands that problem and why Pindrop is the answer.

• Define the story for a category in motion. Identity trust and deepfake detection are still being defined. You’ll set the positioning, narrative, and proof points that shape how buyers, analysts, and the industry see Pindrop.
• Work directly with the Executive Leadership Team. You’ll bring recommendations to senior leaders, influence product and go-to-market strategy, and see firsthand how decisions get made as Pindrop scales.
• Sit at the center of the business. Your work connects the roadmap to revenue, giving you a direct line to outcomes across Product, Marketing, and Sales.
• Launch differentiated technology. You’ll bring to market solutions backed by more than 300 patents and models trained on over 1.5 billion real-world interactions a year.
• Build and lead a high-performing team. You’ll mentor and grow product marketers and shape how the function operates as the company grows.
• Operate inside an AI-first organization. With Innovation as our first core value, you won’t just market AI, you’ll use it to sharpen research, messaging, launches, and enablement.
• Grow as Pindrop grows. This is a career-defining opportunity to expand your scope and influence as we take Pindrop to its next level.

If you want to lead the story of a company protecting trust in the AI era, and be proud of the company you help shape, this is that opportunity.
