Job Description Summary

As the Aeroderivative Engineering Change Leader, you will lead execution of the Change Management process for the Aeroderivative Package Engineering organization from problem identification through full implementation in the Veresegyhaz, Hungary factory. This consists of advising on containment actions and coordinating with the Shop and Suppliers for containment application. It also includes working with the design team to release the design change and partnering with Supply Chain team to determine cut in plan, while ensuring risks are captured and mitigated.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Work with cross functional change management team for Aeroderivative changes to ensure the best quality results for our customers

• Advise on redline definition and documentation to ensure design non-conformances are contained.

• Support Triage activities to determine the containment and corrective action plans for design issues

• Lead daily management to ensure timely preparation of CHGI, coordination of design modification with PDE and cut-in planning with Global Supply Chain (for potential supplier or factory execution)

• Drive execution of changes post CHGI approval, via Change Actions (CA), till being fully released and deployed

• Develop and maintain communication plans throughout the change lifecycle

• Conduct risk assessment (as needed) and define risk mitigation actions with collaboration from cross functional team

• Provide feedback to NPI design teams in design reviews and in regular system reviews on lessons learned from design change implementation at suppliers and factory

• Act as key liaison between NPI program teams, plant leaders, and extended supply chain team (e.g., Materials management, Sourcing, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Operations) for NPI program introduction

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering

• Significant experience of technical and/or engineering leadership in Aeroderivative package engineering

• Experience in project management, process improvement, or change management

Desired Characteristics:
