1. Implements and may help establish key elements of short-term (less than 1 year) tactical and operational plans with significant contribution towards the achievement of results for the job area.
2. Implements and maintains infrastructure platforms across key domains (e.g., cloud, network, compute, storage, databases, platform/middleware) to support secure and reliable enterprise operations.
3. Enforces technology strategies, standards, and governance to ensure alignment with organizational goals and regulatory compliance.
4. Manages a small to mid-sized infrastructure team that may consist of lower-level management as well as experienced individual contributors, delivering reliable and scalable infrastructure solutions.
5. Guides automation, monitoring, and optimization processes to enhance infrastructure availability and performance.
6. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and improve infrastructure standards and processes.
7. Troubleshoots and resolves numerous complex technical issues impacting infrastructure performance.
8. Monitors team performance and provides coaching and development to enhance skills and productivity.
9. Ensures compliance with security and risk management policies within the infrastructure domain.
10. Communicates effectively with upper-level management to align infrastructure initiatives with business objectives.
11. Participates in budgeting, resource planning, and operational reporting for the infrastructure team.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
2. Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in infrastructure engineering.
3. Experience managing a team within a technology environment.
4. Knowledge of enterprise infrastructure technologies including cloud, network, database, storage, platform, computing, and middleware.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Master's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
2. Experience leading enterprise collaboration, conferencing, workplace technology, or digital experience platforms within a large and complex organization, preferably in the financial services industry.
3. Industry certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Microsoft Teams Administrator Associate, CTS/CTS-D, PMP, ITIL, or equivalent.
4. Experience designing, engineering, and supporting Microsoft 365 collaboration services, including Microsoft Teams, Teams Rooms, live event platforms, digital signage, and workplace productivity technologies.
5. Demonstrated expertise in audio visual engineering, conference room technologies, event production, and large-scale hybrid or virtual event delivery.
6. Strong understanding of platform architecture, operational excellence, service reliability, vendor management, and the application of industry best practices to collaboration and workplace technology operations.
