Reliability Systems Engineer (Senior Engineer Generation) is responsible for improving the reliability, availability, and performance of generation assets through the application of reliability engineering principles, maintenance strategy optimization, and computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) expertise. This role serves as a technical resource for asset management programs across the generation fleet, supporting initiatives related to preventive and predictive maintenance, asset health monitoring, work management processes, equipment reliability improvement, and continuous improvement.
Working closely with operations, maintenance, engineering stakeholders, this position leads efforts to optimize maintenance programs, enhance Maximo data quality and workflows, develop asset health strategies, perform reliability analyses, and implement sustainable maintenance and reliability practices. The successful candidate will combine strong engineering fundamentals with expertise in reliability-centered maintenance, root cause analysis, maintenance planning, and CMMS systems to improve equipment performance, maintenance effectiveness, and long-term asset value across the fleet.

Pay Range:
$106,000 - $146,000This position is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
