The Technical Service Engineer provides proactive and reactive technical support to customers, ensuring optimal capsule filling performance and contributing to customer satisfaction and business growth. The role supports adoption of products and equipment through trials, troubleshooting, and post-installation services.

What you will do
Deliver proactive technical service to prevent filling issues and improve productivity.
Provide troubleshooting support to resolve customer issues.
Conduct filling trials to support new product evaluation.
Perform internal machine evaluations to maintain quality.
Support commercial initiatives with technical expertise.
Participate in team-selling activities.
Gather technical insights from equipment manufacturers.
Promote product and equipment adoption.
Execute installation and validation activities.
Perform equipment maintenance support.
Maintain filling machines and facilities.
Ensure EHS compliance.
Complete additional assigned tasks.
What we are looking for
Minimum 3 years in technical service or related roles
Knowledge of capsule manufacturing processes is good to have but not mandatory
Experience of working with mechanical / electro- mechanical equipment.
Experience of working with local customers in Japan
