Meet the Team
The Strategic Partnership Initiatives team within the Splunk Platform organization is the engine behind our most critical growth initiatives, bridging the gap between Splunk’s core technology and the hyperscalers that power the modern cloud. We operate at the intersection of product, engineering, and business development, working to integrate our platform seamlessly into environments like AWS and other major ecosystems. Our team is a diverse, high-impact group that thrives on solving complex, multi-company integration challenges. We value collaborative problem-solving, intellectual rigor, and an agile mentality. What’s most exciting about our work is the scale; we are responsible for multi-billion dollar ARR initiatives that directly shape the future of Splunk’s market presence and platform accessibility.
Your Impact
Lead the definition and execution of strategic partnership initiatives that expand the Splunk Platform’s reach and utility across major hyperscaler and partner ecosystems. You will define product strategy, align cross-functional roadmaps, and influence internal and external stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions that drive significant revenue growth. Drive alignment across engineering, sales, and partner leadership to ensure we meet the complex requirements of our most critical enterprise customers. Champion a partner-first mentality, translating broad business opportunities into actionable product requirements. Orchestrate the product lifecycle from initial conceptualization and partner negotiation to large-scale rollout and adoption across the Splunk ecosystem.
