• Prepare marketing budget cost reports, tracking in‑store marketing and POP spend against approved budgets and highlighting potential risks or savings.

Rebates, Recoveries, Accruals & Cost Optimization

• Track and report on volume rebates related to POP to ensure accurate accrual, recovery, and reconciliation of rebate funds.
• Identify cost trends, efficiencies, and savings opportunities; support continuous improvement initiatives through financial insight and analysis.
• Collaborate with Procurement and vendors to validate rebate assumptions and financial outcomes.

Dealer Credits (including Owned Brands)

• Manage credits to Dealers related to Store Design & Renewal, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with approved funding agreements.
• Coordinate with Dealers, Finance, and internal partners to validate credit eligibility, resolve discrepancies, and ensure proper application of credits against invoices or recoveries.
