Deployment and production readiness: Support releases, platform upgrades, production readiness activities, and technical handovers to ensure solutions are stable and maintainable.
Documentation and operational support: Document system dependencies, platform constraints, integration behavior, and operational support procedures to facilitate ongoing maintenance.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with architects, business analysts, developers, QA specialists, financial institution teams, and vendor representatives to deliver effective technical solutions.
Platform assessment: Evaluate integration requirements, identify relevant interfaces and dependencies, explain technical limitations, and recommend approaches that balance business needs with security, reliability, and implementation constraints.

Banking domain knowledge: Understanding of core banking concepts, including customers or members, accounts, deposits, lending, balances, and financial transactions.
Security and reliability: Experience building secure, resilient integrations involving sensitive financial data, with attention to data integrity, error handling, and operational stability.
Technical communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical decisions, document solutions, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Independent delivery: Ability to assess requirements, identify dependencies, and deliver tested, supportable solutions with appropriate autonomy.
Location and contract eligibility: Must be based in Canada and able to provide services as an independent contractor.
