✅ You’ll love this role if you…

Have extensive floristry experience — arranging, conditioning and styling flowers to a professional standard

Are comfortable balancing hands-on floristry work with the day-to-day coordination and admin that comes with an in-house role — this isn't a purely conceptual design role, and it isn't suited to someone who only wants to be on set

Are confident leading and training other florists, and comfortable being the final word on design decisions

Have strong communication and coordination skills for working with suppliers and across internal teams

Feel comfortable presenting to a group or on camera to support brand and PR activity such as workshops or as part of social media content.

These are some of the skills and experience we think will enable success in this role, but please don’t worry if you are missing some of these. We’re committed to building a team made up of different strengths, skills and experiences, so if you’re excited about our values, passionate about what you do and would like to join us in doing things more thoughtfully, we’d love to hear from you.
