### About the Role
We’re hiring a **Full-Stack Engineer** to join our founding team in building the future of healthcare compliance AI. You’ll work directly with the founders, owning projects end-to-end - from customer discovery to product launch.
You’ll have **founder-level ownership**, shaping core products, prototyping new AI-driven features, and sitting in on customer calls to see your work make an immediate impact. Own the customer **and** the product - not just code. **10× impact** vs big tech
### What You’ll Do
* Own and ship full-stack product features (React, Node/Python, Postgres).
* Translate messy customer problems into elegant product experiences.
* Work across the stack: from front-end flows → backend APIs → AI model integrations.
* Partner directly with customers - discovery, iteration, launch, and support.
* Make smart tradeoffs between speed, scope, and stability.

* Strong across **frontend + backend**: React, Node.js/Python, Postgres.
