The organization develops internal platforms and automation tools that improve operational efficiency, support business growth, and streamline complex processes in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do
- Maintain and evolve core products built with Java, Python, Node.js, and React
- Work in a self-organized, cross-functional Agile team
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical improvements
- Support migration and modernization of existing systems
- Develop scalable and high-quality software solutions
- Ensure high engineering standards through testing and code reviews
- Collaborate closely with engineers and stakeholders to deliver user-centric solutions
- Drive technical excellence and continuous product evolution
What You Bring
- Extensive professional experience in Full Stack development at a senior level
- Strong hands-on experience with Java and Python
- Experience with Node.js and React.js (conceptual understanding is sufficient)
- Experience with frontend technologies such as TypeScript/JavaScript
- Solid understanding of software architecture and system design
- Experience maintaining and modernizing legacy systems
- Experience with testing frameworks and automated testing practices
- Strong focus on code quality and engineering best practices
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Nice to have
- Experience with Java and Spring Boot
- Experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms
- Knowledge of Terraform and serverless architectures
- Experience with Kafka and distributed systems
