About Moloco:
Moloco is an AI-native performance advertising company, bringing the power of AI advertising to the open internet. Founded in 2013 by machine learning engineers who had built AI advertising systems inside the world's largest technology companies, Moloco began from a shared mission: to build that same engine for the open internet.
Today, Moloco is one company with two businesses, built on the same compound AI system. Moloco Ads is our AI-native performance advertising platform, helping mobile app marketers acquire, retain, and re-engage high-value users across the open internet. Moloco Commerce Media is our AI-native retail media platform, enabling retailers and marketplaces to turn their platforms into thriving ad businesses. Both are powered by CARA (Compound Ad Recommendation Architecture), the AI system behind every Moloco product.
At Moloco, we bring together those who've already solved hard problems and those with the drive to. Here, we work on some of the complex problems in AI advertising, at a scale and level of sophistication very few companies can offer. Come build what's next.
The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco:

Your impact will extend beyond your own portfolio through selective support on high-stakes opportunities, coaching, and influencing Moloco’s product and commercial direction.
The Opportunity:
Based in London, you’ll operate as a Commercial Lead within the EMEA Growth team, accountable for substantial revenue outcomes and long-term customer growth. This is an individual contributor role combining hands-on account ownership with commercial leadership across the wider team.
Strategic Growth & Commercial Ownership
- Own and deliver revenue targets across a dedicated portfolio of top EMEA accounts, with accountability for forecast accuracy, risk management, and long-term growth.

- Develop tailored proposals grounded in customer business outcomes, including lifetime value, payback period, and return on ad spend at scale.
- Build long-term strategic partnerships with customers, independently owning C-suite and senior commercial relationships and aligning Moloco’s role in their growth with shared objectives, investment priorities, and measures of success.
- Use trusted executive relationships to shape customer priorities, influence investment decisions, and unlock growth opportunities beyond existing campaigns—including opening doors to new decision-makers, business units, and markets.
- Lead executive business reviews and strategic planning conversations, translating performance data into clear recommendations for long-term growth.
Product Expertise & Cross-Functional Influence

- Influence senior cross-functional stakeholders to prioritise strategic account opportunities, secure resources, and resolve competing priorities to deliver commercial outcomes.
Coaching & Commercial Leadership
- Set the standard for consultative selling, deal strategy, negotiation, and executive engagement across EMEA, leading by example in your own accounts and coaching Growth Managers and Growth Directors to strengthen their commercial capabilities.
- Bring senior commercial expertise to accounts beyond your own portfolio, working alongside account owners to lead high-stakes customer conversations, navigate complex negotiations, and resolve escalations.
- Turn successful approaches into practical frameworks and playbooks that raise commercial standards across EMEA.
- Build a reputation as a recognised industry expert in adtech and mobile growth, actively speaking at industry events and sharing insights that strengthen Moloco’s credibility with customers and the wider market.
- Adapt your leadership and communication style to the audience and situation, using expertise and sound judgment to build trust, navigate disagreement, and secure commitment to action without formal management authority.
