Senior Growth Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Role Summary

Are you a hands-on growth marketer who is just as comfortable shaping the lifecycle strategy as you are building the workflow, writing the email, and reading the results? We’re looking for an experienced Senior Growth Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own and optimize the lifecycle programs that turn leads into qualified sales pipeline at AdvancedMD. In this highly visible, highly impactful role, you’ll sit at the intersection of growth marketing, lifecycle strategy, marketing automation, and performance analytics; developing the strategy, then working directly in platforms like Marketo and HubSpot to build audiences, create workflows, launch nurtures, run experiments, and analyze performance.

The north star for this role is simple: increase sales pipeline generated from non-paid channels and maximize the value of the demand we already create. You’ll work cross-functionally with Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Web, Sales, and Revenue Operations, using data not just to optimize programs but to earn alignment on where to invest next.

If you have a deep understanding of how lifecycle marketing contributes to pipeline, know what effective B2B nurture looks like, and are energized by continuously improving conversion, in service of our mission — we’d love to meet you.

Essential Job Duties:

Lifecycle Demand Generation:

• Build lifecycle and nurture programs that move prospects from initial engagement through qualification and into sales pipeline
• Convert leads generated through paid media, web, content, events, webinars, and other demand-generation programs into qualified opportunities through targeted follow-up and nurture strategies
• Develop email cadences and automated journeys based on buyer stage, persona, account characteristics, engagement behavior, product interest, and demonstrated intent

Owning the Day-to-Day Operations:

• Execute campaigns directly within Marketo, HubSpot, and related marketing technology — including segmentation, workflow creation, email builds, triggers, lead routing, testing, QA, and launch
• Manage multiple lifecycle programs supporting different stakeholders simultaneously, from strategy and campaign design through execution, measurement, optimization, and iteration
• Improve the lifecycle marketing infrastructure, processes, templates, reporting, and operating standards needed to execute programs quickly and at scale

Performance Optimization:

• Analyze lifecycle performance across the funnel, connecting channel metrics such as engagement and conversion to MQLs, sales acceptance, opportunities, pipeline, and revenue
• Optimize email and nurture performance through structured experimentation across messaging, creative, offers, calls to action, cadence, timing, segmentation, and journey design
• Identify high-value audiences and behavioral signals within the existing database that can be activated through targeted campaigns to create incremental pipeline

 Organizational Influence:

• Build strong, trusted partnerships across Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Web, Sales, and Revenue Operations to identify gaps in the funnel and develop programs that improve lead-to-opportunity conversion
• Champion data-backed decision-making as the standard, not the exception — using results to shape recommendations and bring teams along on both the plan and the “why” behind it

What You'll Need to Get the Job Done:

• BA/BS required
• 8–10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including significant experience in lifecycle, growth, demand generation, CRM, email, or marketing automation
• Real depth as a builder — you’ve built lifecycle or nurture programs that contributed to qualified leads, opportunities, pipeline, or revenue, not just supported someone else’s plan
• Significant hands-on experience building and managing programs within Marketo, HubSpot, or comparable marketing automation platforms
• Experience developing multi-step nurture programs across multiple buyer stages, personas, segments, or product lines
• A track record of measuring marketing performance beyond channel engagement metrics and connecting programs to downstream funnel outcomes
• A collaborative operating style that builds real partnership across Growth/Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Sales, Web, and Revenue Operations teams
• A player-coach mindset — comfortable doing the work yourself while also building the cross-functional trust that gets others to act on your recommendations
• Bonus: B2B SaaS experience, ideally with lifecycle or demand generation work specific to both SMB and enterprise customers

What Will Make us LOVE You

• Strong copywriting and editing skills — you translate product and campaign messaging into concise, compelling, conversion-focused communications
• Range — experience managing lifecycle programs across both SMB and enterprise or account-based buying motions, and you know which approach a given moment calls for
• Fluency in the B2B funnel — you understand lead stages and concepts such as MQL, SAL, SQL, opportunity creation, pipeline, velocity, and conversion rates
• Insight-driven — you use intent, behavioral, firmographic, or engagement data to create dynamic audiences and trigger lifecycle programs
• Experimental — you design structured experiments and translate results into actionable recommendations
• Organized — strong project management skills, able to prioritize and independently manage multiple complex programs in a fast-moving environment
• Detail-oriented — strong attention to executional detail, including campaign QA, audience validation, tracking, and measurement
