About the role

We're building some of our newest AI products at Good Systems, and we need creative, hands-on, AI-native marketers who can take a product from zero to its first users. You'll find the channels that work and scale them. You'll own acquisition end to end (positioning, messaging, launch, channels, creative) and do much of the work yourself, using AI to move at a pace a traditional team can't. This is a huge opportunity to be a key driving force behind our newest AI bets.

• This role will be required to work on-site, 4 days per week in our London Paddington office
• This is a 12-month fixed term contract, renewable
• This role does not include visa sponsorship

This is the role for you if you're excited to work on:

• Experiment with channels and tactics, and learn fast what's worth investing in
• Drive initial traction for a brand-new product with little budget and no built-in audience
• Build and run acquisition loops across content, social, creators, community, partnerships, referral and paid
• Shape positioning and messaging for products still taking form, and test them in market
• Produce copy, landing pages, video, creative, outreach and analysis yourself, and know when to bring in specialists
• Set up your own funnel measurement and run weekly experiments
• Feed what you learn back to Product and leadership

What you need to be successful:

• You're creative, hands-on and happy to get into the weeds, take ownership and experiment
• You've taken a product from 0 to its first users and can show exactly how
• You're T-shaped: deep in one or two channels, competent across the rest
• You use AI daily and can name specifically what it replaced in your workflow
• You're comfortable with ambiguity, think in numbers and write well

What Would be helpful but not required:

• You have prosumer or PLG experience, plus creator and community experience
• You build in public and have an online presence
• Seniority matters less than mindset

The interview process:

• Talent Intro Call: A conversation with our Talent Acquisition team to dive into your experience, what motivates you, and why you're interested in joining Goodnotes.

• Hiring Manager Interview: A deeper dive into your professional background, your preferred ways of working, and the specific impact you'll have within the team.

• Role-Specific Assessment: A live session in our London Paddington office, focused on the core skills for this role.

• Values-Based Panel Interview: A conversation with 2-3 team members centred on our company values. We'll discuss past experiences to see how your approach aligns with our culture.

• AI Literacy: As an AI-first company, we'll meet with one of our AI champions to discuss your curiosity, understanding, and practical use of AI tools in your daily workflow.

What's in it for you:

• Customized Growth & Wellness Budgets: We provide dedicated stipends for the things that keep you at your best, including noise-cancelling headphones for deep focus, professional training, personal development, and health and wellness activities.

• Global Connectivity: While we embrace flexible work, we love seeing each other. We provide sponsored visits to our beautiful office locations to foster face-to-face collaboration.

• Company-Wide Offsites: Once a year, we gather the entire global team in person to celebrate our wins, align on our vision, and build lasting connections.

• Comprehensive Health Coverage: Your well-being is our priority. We offer premium medical insurance for you and a dependent to ensure peace of mind for you and your family.

• 4 days in-office hybrid week and 18 remote working days per year: Giving you the freedom to work from a location that suits your life. Whether that's closer to family, while travelling, or simply a change of scenery to refresh your focus.
