People are at the center of everything we do at Latent, and our Talent team sits at the heart of that mission. Who we hire has a lasting impact on the company and helps ensure our success -- and we take that responsibility seriously. We also want to apply that same people-first mentality to our candidate experience.
As a Talent Partner, you’ll be critical in building Latent’s team, starting with a close partnership with our SVP of Sales as well as other GTM leaders to grow our GTM organization.
You’ll own searches from start to finish while helping leaders define roles, anticipate hiring needs, and make informed decisions. You’ll also help candidates understand Latent, the work they’d take on, and the people they’d work with.
You'll help shape hiring strategies, anticipate headcount needs, define roles, own searches from start to finish to build a world-class GTM function. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to our leaders and as a cultural gatekeeper, and ensure every interaction with candidates reflects Latent’s values and ambition.
Partner with hiring managers to design and execute hiring plans
Source, engage, and close top talent across GTM functions - predominantly sales, but potentially inclusive of marketing and select G&A roles
Advise on compensation, leveling, and headcount planning
Give candidates a clear, responsive, and thoughtful experience throughout the hiring process
Represent Latent’s culture and values in your conversations and hiring decisions
We’re looking for someone who can run searches effectively and help hiring managers think through what their teams need. You build strong relationships, communicate directly, and keep hiring moving while maintaining a high bar.
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on GTM roles
Proven experience building enterprise sales teams; experience hiring for marketing and G&A is a plus
Strong judgment and the ability to advise hiring managers at all levels
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Strong sourcing, pipeline management, closing, and offer negotiation skills
You’ve owned hiring manager relationships, built GTM teams, and helped companies scale with speed and intention. You thrive in ambiguity and see it as an opportunity. You care deeply about results and move with urgency.
You follow through, care about the details, and understand that hiring takes commitment from both the company and the candidate. You’re excited to help build Latent and take pride in finding people who will do meaningful work here.
