- Diagnose complex hardware, software, and interoperability issues in the field and coordinate with engineering and backend technical teams to resolve them.
- Serve as the primary technical liaison between the Program Management Office (PMO), government Points of Contact (POCs), military installations, and field personnel.
- Ensure field activities comply with applicable safety requirements, military installation access procedures, technical standards, and program policies.
- Provide daily status updates, After Action Reports (AARs), survey findings, and other required documentation throughout deployments.
- Mentor and support fellow technicians, helping ensure team members remain current with required training, certifications, and program expectations.

- Hands-on experience installing and troubleshooting routers, switches, cryptographic devices, UPS systems, operating systems, firmware, and related IT infrastructure.
- Knowledge of DoD cybersecurity practices, including STIG implementation and system baselining.
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills, with the ability to produce accurate site survey reports, installation plans, diagrams, BOMs, and status reports.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work directly with government customers, project leadership, engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders.
- Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities, with the ability to coordinate field teams and maintain accountability in demanding deployment environments.
- Ability and willingness to travel approximately 90% of the time, including CONUS deployments and potentially OCONUS assignments.
- U.S. Army Signal Brigade, DISA, or DoDIN network installation and modernization experience is highly desirable.
- BICSI Technician or RCDD certification is a plus.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds and work in confined spaces such as server closets and raised-floor environments.
Benefits:
